The historically significant Gordon Building is located in downtown Noblesville. and has office and first floor restaurant space available for lease, with occupancy beginning in the spring of 2020.
Noblesville Premium Properties purchased the 20,000-square-foot building in October 2019 will turn it into gorgeous, modern, downtown office and first floor restaurant spaces. The common areas in the hallways will tribute the legends of Noblesville and the history of Noblesville. This space can hold 25 to 30 individual tenants.
